Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting bets55 support constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any account subject to a chargeback claim will be suspended pending investigation. bets55 reserves the right to pursue outstanding debts arising from fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal channels.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
